摘要: In order to develop a lower melting temperature filler alloy for brazing of aluminum with high strength and low temperature, the eutectic compositions temperatures Al-Si-Zn system were determined by thermal analysis. A typical composition was Al-4.2mass%Si-40mass%Zn, 808K. Spreadability this on 3003 sheet coated chloride flux sufficient at 838K. Brazeability test carried out T-joint specimen in which prepared hot dipping. 3003/3003 3003/Al-5.5mass%Mg pairs, flow metal good fillet satisfactory. On other hand, case Al-5.5mass%Mg/Al-5.5mass%Mg, no formation occurred.
