摘要: A circuit technique substantially reduces the switching losses of a pulse-width-modulated (PWM) converter caused by turning-on (closing) and turning-off (opening) characteristic switch reverse-recovery rectifier. The are reduced using new cell which includes snubber inductor, clamp diode, capacitor, main switch, an auxiliary switch. reverse-recovery-related inductor connected in series with rectifier to control rate change current during its turn-off. In addition, operates zero-current zero-voltage switching, while switching. proper operation proposed requires overlapping gate drives switches. can be applied any member PWM family.
