摘要: A bump disk for accurate glide calibration has a new type of glass laser melt bumps that give the same signal amplitudes as conventional AlMg height. The present invention provides solution to switch from glass, and can be used in manufacturing lines save 30% on cost hard disks inaccurate certification processes. is trim or burnish away loose and/or high particles production before tests. This additional processing step causes responses become very similar those bumps, thereby enabling materially compatible.
