摘要: Chronic pain affects approximately 16% to 36% of Canadian adults and is one the most common reasons for physician visits in Canada. The effects a self-referral community-based education/exercise program (Y-PEP) on physical function wellbeing were initially evaluated 20 individuals with chronic who had attended three Y-PEP sessions 2007. 10-week incorporated education/self-management various exercise modalities allow try different activities safe supported environment. Questionnaires administered pre-, post-program, at 10-weeks follow-up provided data demographic information, activity levels, depression, perception, catastrophizing.
