摘要: Bacterial spores are formed within vegetative cells as thick-walled bodies resistant to physical and chemical treatments which allow the persistence dissemination of bacterial species. Spore-forming bacteria natural contaminants food raw materials sporulation can occur in many environments from farm fork. In order predict spore formation over time, we developed a model that describes both kinetics growth differentiation into spores. The includes classical with addition only two sporulation-specific parameters: probability each cell sporulate, time needed form once is committed sporulation. growth-sporulation was evaluated using spore-forming, Gram positive bacterium, Bacillus subtilis biological meaning parameters validated derivative strain produces green fluorescent protein marker initiation. accurately different environmental conditions further provides valuable, physiological information on temporal abilities differentiate
