摘要: Abstract 2′- O -[(Trimethylsilyl)ethoxymethyl]-5′- -dimethoxytrityl uridine 3′-(2-cyanoethyl- N,N -diisopropylphosphoramidite) ( 1 ) was synthesized from dimethoxytrityl 2 in two steps. The amidite then incorporated into a (Up) 9 U polymer. Removal of the (trimethylsilyl)ethoxymethyl (SEM) group effected with BF 3 •OEt 30 min.
