摘要: A hemofiltration system or method removes unwanted molecules from a flow of blood using cascaded first and second hemofilters. Filtration the in hemofilter raises hemoconcentration protein-bound molecules. Combination substitution fluid with outflow creates concentration differential between bound unbound that frees protein bonds. combined fluids free may be added to twice filtered for return patient. Removal inflammatory mediators, apoptotic certain electrolytes effected, removal optimized by controlling flows transmembrane pressures.
