New conjugates useful for modifying nucleic acid chains comprise nucleotide or nucleoside molecules coupled to a label through water-soluble polymer linkers

摘要: Conjugates (I) comprising 1-100 nucleotide or nucleoside molecules coupled to a label through water-soluble polymer linkers are new. Nucleotide conjugates of formula new: (Nuc-Linker) n-Label Nuc : nucleoside; Linker with chain length 100-20000 atoms having Nuc-coupling unit and Label-coupling unit; Label label; n 1-100. Independent claims also included for: (1) oligonucleotides polynucleotides including at least one molecule per nucleic acid chain; (2) modifying chains using for coupling; (3) kit (I); (4) processes in which used enzymatic reactions involving polymerase, ligase, endonuclease exonuclease enzymes.
