摘要: In this experimental work the ozone action on depuration of olive oil mill wastewater is studied for different operational conditions based an actual industrial treatment plant. It was verified that application a Mn-Ce-O catalyst prepared at laboratory, with Mn/Ce molar proportion 70/30, enhances efficiency and effluent biodegradability. Ozonation operation natural pH recommended. Moreover, integration Fenton process as pretreatment improves final chemical oxygen demand removal enables totally biodegradable to be obtained, confirmed by respirometric techniques.
