摘要: We study the low energy effective theory describing gravity with broken spatial diffeomorphism invariance. In unitary gauge, Goldstone bosons associated diffeomorphisms are eaten and graviton becomes a massive spin-2 particle 5 well-behaved degrees of freedom. this most general is built lowest dimension operators invariant under only temporal diffeomorphisms. Imposing additional shift SO(3) internal symmetries, we analyze perturbations on FRW background. At linear perturbation level, observables characterized by five parameters, including usual cosmological parameters one coupling constant for symmetry-breaking scalars. de Sitter Minkowski limit, three supermassive can be integrated out, leaving two tensor modes as propagating discuss several examples relevant to theories gravity.
