摘要: South Africa’s Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer (REIPP) procurement programme is hailed worldwide as a model for renewable energy procurement. Its success far from experimental and haphazard points directly to lessons acquired prior to, during, the launch running of programme. This article explores journey REIPP draws critical process. It discusses in developing sector Africa, drawing seven key explain this exploring remaining challenges.
