摘要: Two members of the ATP-dependent class phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinases (PEPCKs) (Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Anaerobiospirillum succiniciproducens) have been comparatively studied with regard to their oxaloacetate (OAA) decarboxylase pyruvate kinase-like activities. The activities were dependent on presence Mn2+; at same concentrations Mg2+ was not effective. These synergistically activated by a combination both metal ions. Vmax for these in A. succiniciproducens S. PEPCKs 0.13% 1.2% that principal reaction, respectively. OAA activity nucleotide independent and, decreasing order effectiveness, supported Mn2+ Mg2+. AMP is an activator reactions. 4% 0.2% PEP-forming
