摘要: Seminal analyses of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TGCA) and Asian Research Group (ACRG) have provided unprecedented insight into the molecular underpinnings gastric cancer (GC). At same time, next generation sequencing (NGS) panels, driven by quantum improvements in DNA technology bioinformatics, are now routinely used standard clinical care also extensively for research purposes. This review article will discuss subtypes GC, current standard-of-care therapies GC role NGS research.
