摘要: Recent work on the preparation of highly organized macroporous electrodes and nanoporous ultramicroelectrodes has been combined extended to elaborate (UMEs) by template synthesis using colloidal crystals following two different complementary methods. On one hand, arched porous UMEs were prepared, other cylindrical obtained cavity UMEs. These have an active surface area which is up 2 orders magnitude higher compared that a classical disk UME as characterized cyclic voltammetry. To study their analytical performance, modified with redox-active thiol also model bioelectrocatalytical system containing redox mediator, cofactor, glucose-dehydrogenase. In both cases electrochemical signal amplified magnitude, increases significantly performance such therefore opens new applications for this kind miniaturized system.
