摘要: Accurate preoperative differentiation of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in the setting cirrhotic liver is great clinical significance because treatment prognosis these entities differ markedly. Through a retrospectively research, we sought to determine diagnostic performances intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) parameters differentiating ICC HCC. According results, found that apparent coefficient (ADC) derived from mono-exponential model true ADC (ADCslow) bi-exponential can be used distinguish HCC, ADCslowentailed higher performance than ADC. However, pseudo-ADC (ADCfast) perfusion fraction (f) not differentiate These results suggested IVIM DWI useful HCC might helpful selecting plan predicting prognosis.
