摘要: BACKGROUND We aimed to investigate which factors in the clinical profile of mothers with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) can predict neonatal risk thrombocytopenia. METHODS Data was retrospectively collected from all pregnant women ITP who presented our institution between 2001 and 2013. Neonatal offspring these were classified into 2 groups based on presence or absence thrombocytopenia (platelet count <100×10(9)/L). Several parameters compared groups, including maternal age, platelet count, treatment history, siblings. further examined correlation at time delivery birth; we also minimum counts other children born multiparous women. RESULTS Sixty-six neonates 49 enrolled study. Thrombocytopenia observed 13 (19.7%) neonates. Maternal for such as splenectomy did not correlate a Sibling more frequently than those without (7/13 vs. 4/53, P<0.01). No association counts. However, nadir first- second-born siblings highly correlated (r=0.87). CONCLUSION cannot be predicted by history count. an older sibling is reliable factor subsequent pregnancies.
