摘要: A simple HPLC-ELSD method was developed for the separation and quantification of native cyclodextrins. The technique validated in presence two interfering matrices composed byproducts from cyclization medium. fast compounds achieved (in <20min) using a NUCLEODUR(®) C18 Pyramid column (150mm×4.6mm; particle size 5μm) at 30°C. analytes were eluted linear gradient acetonitrile water containing 1% (v/v) acetic acid flow rate 0.3mL/min. Validation results showed that accurate (93-110%) selective. precision ≤5.7% hydrolyzed starch blank matrix spiked with cyclodextrins, ≤6.2% mixture dextrin glucose limit 0.05g/L alpha- 0.06g/L beta- gamma-cyclodextrins. new could accurately quantify three cyclodextrins directly medium, without pretreatment samples.
