摘要: Poikiloderma of Civatte (POC) is a common skin disorder characterized by reticular hyperpigmentation with telangiectasia and slight atrophy involving sun-exposed areas especially the neck upper chest. There usually sparing submental area. It occurs most commonly in middle aged fair-skinned women, but also seen men.
