摘要: The enzyme aromatase (P450AROM) converts testosterone (T) into 17-β estradiol (E2) and is crucial for the control of development central nervous system during ontogenesis. effects E2 in various brain areas are mediated by estrogen receptor alpha (ER-α) beta (ER-β). During fetal development, steroids responsible sexual differentiation hypothalamus. Estrogens also able to exert other fetus including frontal cortex, where they act through receptors (ERs) modulating cognitive function affective behaviors. In this study we have determined expression profiles P450AROM ERs bovine cortex quantitative Real-Time PCR (qRT-PCR) throughout prenatal development. data show that patterns both strongly correlated pregnancy increase last stage gestation. On contrary, has no correlation with not developmentally regulated. Moreover, performed immunochemical studies showing neurons express ERs. localized cytoplasm only seldom present fine extensions cells; ER-α detected predominantly soma whereas ER-β nucleus a few cells. This provides new on long gestation mammal large convoluted brain.
