摘要: In the context of organ shortage for transplantation, new criteria better evaluation should be investigated. Ex-Vivo Lung Perfusion (EVLP) allows extra-corporal lung re-conditioning and evaluation, under controlled parameters reperfusion mechanical ventilation. This work reports on interest exhaled gas analysis during EVLP procedure. After a one-hour cold ischemia, endogenous production by an isolated nitric oxide carbon monoxide is simultaneously monitored in real time. The analysed with two very sensitive selective laser spectrometers developed upon technique optical-feedback cavity-enhanced absorption spectroscopy. Exhaled concentration measured ex-vivo compared to corresponding whole living pig, before euthanasia. On-line measurements fraction (FENO) lungs are reported here first time, allowing resolve respiratory cycles. this study, performed 9 animals, FENO range from 3.3 10.6 ppb median value 4.4 ppb. Pairing pig demonstrate systematic increase as animal, factor 3 ± 1.2. Measurements (FECO) confirm levels recorded previous studies driven evaluate FECO potential marker ischemia injuries. ranges 0.31 2.3 ppm 0.8 ppm. As expected, these values lower than body, 6.9 2.7.
