摘要: A bismuth oxide (Bi2O3)-dispersed carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber (XNBR) flexible film was prepared as a lead-free material for gamma ray (γ-ray) attenuation. However, obtaining uniform and stable dispersion of Bi2O3 in latex (XNBRL) is challenge due to sedimentation induced by the remarkable density differences. Here, this approached reducing particle radius, increasing viscosity latex, adding dispersant. The experimental results confirmed that well dispersed XNBRL concentration range 30–70 wt%. mechanical properties demonstrated Bi2O3/XNBR films had good resistance oil, acid, alkali, hot air. linear attenuation coefficients obtained from experiments were agreement with calculated values. efficiencies different thicknesses contents investigated few γ-ray energies. These showed have wide application prospects low-energy
