308-nm Excimer Laser Treatment of Mature Hypopigmented Striae

摘要: Background. The 308-nm excimer laser has been shown to be effective in the treatment of disorders hypopigmentation. Objective. To evaluate effectiveness mature hypopigmented striae. Results. Seventy-five subjects were treated for a total 615 treatments. All patients achieved substantial increase darkening their striae after an average 8.4 Clinically evident improvement cosmetic appearance was noted by 80% subjects. Conclusion. is increasing pigmentation striae. This cosmetically significant. Future studies are required determine duration clinical improvement.
