摘要: Abstract The Eu2+-doped G-La2Si2O7 phosphor was successfully prepared through the high-temperature solid-state reaction method with aid of AlF3 flux. results Eu L3-edge XANES characterization showed that only Eu3+ can be detected in as-received and Al2O3 addition leads to a partial reduction Eu2+, while complete occurs addition. obtained exhibited typical Eu2+ blue-green emission under near-UV light excitation. analysis Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) 27Al nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) suggests Al occupies Si sites F O sites. positive influence Al–F doping is related structure produced phosphors, which analyzed first-principles density functional calculations. theoretical calculations are good match experimental findings.
