摘要: Electroconductive hydrogels (ECHs) are composite biomaterials that bring together the redox switching and electrical properties of inherently conductive electroactive polymers (CEPs) with facile small molecule transport, high hydration levels biocompatibility cross-linked hydrogels. General methods for synthesis electroconductive as polymer blends co-networks via chemical oxidative, electrochemical and/or a combination oxidation followed by polymerization techniques reviewed. Specific examples introduced to illustrate preparation were synthesized from poly(HEMA)-based polyaniline polypyrrole. The key applications hydrogels; biorecognition membranes implantable biosensors, electro-stimulated drug release devices programmed delivery, low interfacial impedance layers on neuronal prostheses highlighted. These provide great new horizons these stimuli responsive, biomimetic polymeric materials.
