摘要: In many communities, supplying water for the people is a huge task and fact that this essential service can be carried out by private sector respecting right to water, debated issue. This dissertation investigates mechanisms through which 'perceived rights violation' - represents specific form of perceived injustice derives from violation absolute moral principles – promote collective action. Indeed, literature on morality action suggests even if apparently sustain high (like human rights), only minority decides act in order defend them. Taking advantage political situation Italy, recent mobilization "public water" we hypothesized that, because its "sacred value", facilitates identification with social movement activism. Through five studies adopting qualitative quantitative methods, confirmed our hypotheses demonstrating activism it influence vote intentions at referendum 'public water'. path coexists other 'classical' predictors action, like instrumental factors (personal advantages, efficacy beliefs) anger.
