摘要: Abstract Influence of drying temperature (30 °C–60 °C) and relative humidity (30%–80%) on moisture diffusivity, energy requirement quality Inula racemosa rhizomes, in terms alantolactone isoalantolactone, were analyzed. The rhizomes dried climate control chamber with constant values humidity. At low condition was found as major controlling factor for rate but at high conditions, it rates comparison to temperature. Effective diffusion coefficient (Deff) decrease increase air. Energy increases Concentration iso-alantolactone during that fresh I. rhizomes.
