摘要: Abstract The mechanism of the insulin-like action trypsin was studied. When fat cells were exposed to (1 mg per ml) for 15 sec, glucose metabolism in stimulated. This stimulation (like that by insulin) inhibited phloretin or 3-O-methyl-d-glucose. By above treatment with trypsin, cellular lipolysis induced epinephrine blocked a large extent, but caffeine only partially inhibited. These effects on similar those insulin at low concentration (20 30 microunits ml).
