摘要: OBJECTIVE To investigate the prognostic value of various histopathological features and expression immuno-phenotypes in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). METHODS The tumor samples from 97 primary ESCC patients with potentially curative resection were evaluated for following parameters: size, grade differentiation, pattern invasion, depth degree lymphocyte infiltration, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage p53, EGFR, c-erbB-2, nm23, cathepsin D protein expression. impact these parameters analyzed by univariate multivariate survival analyses. RESULTS In Kaplan Meier analysis, poor infiltrating growth pattern, invasion reaching adventitia, absent lymphocytic high staging, EGFR positive nm23 negative all associated lower rate (Log-rank test, P < 0.05, respectively). However, Cox analysis demonstrated that only (RR = 2.000), infiltration 0.509), 1.733), 1.812) c-erbB-2 2.364) significant factors (P CONCLUSION For ESCC, had independent values as well stage. Comprehensive can be helpful to identify biological behavior predict more accurately prognosis ESCC.
