摘要: Our previous studies indicated that extracellular glycoproteins produced by some white-rot and brown-rot basidiomycetous fungi reduce Fe(III) to Fe(II) O2 H2O2 produce hydroxyl radicals. The continuous generation of radicals requires a constant supply an electron donor for the reduction oxidized forms reduced forms. However, donors this reaction, such as NADH, have not been identified. In study, amounts pyridine coenzymes, NAD(+) were measured in agar cultures four fungi, one fungus, three soft-rot fungi. sums NADH detected wood-containing all five basidiomycetes greater than those glucose cultures. higher except Irpex lacteus, was Fomitopsis palustris. Significant coenzymes present non-wood-degrading Penicillium funiculosum, did or either coenzyme levels relatively high compared rates radical wood-degrading fungal Thus, white-, brown-, could serve production during wood degradation.
