摘要: An experiment was conducted in a venyl house at the environmental stress site of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University during September to December 2012 know internal water status under drought soybean genotypes, viz. Shohag, BARI Soybean-6, BD2331 (relatively tolerant) and BGM2026 (susceptible). Drought (water) reduced leaf potential all genotypes though more negative tolerant than susceptible ones. The lowest obtained from Soybean-6 (-1.58 MPa) highest (-1.2 MPa). Relative content (RWC) decreased remarkably reduction genotypes. At 8.00 am, RWC stressed plants by 9.58, 9.02, 8.90 13.90% genotype Shohag,, vegetative stage, respectively. exudation rate it 24, 27, 22 12 mg h -1 Leaf temperatures plant were higher well-watered plants. showed 4.7, 4.5 5.2 11.07% increase temperature due stress. treatment potential, relative content, retention capacity noticed three growth stages with concurrent temperature.
