摘要: The immune system, a system with an undeniable but complex role in malignancies significantly can influence the face of malignancy respect to predisposition, nature, prognosis, and response treatment each individual. individual is subject variability due different environmental factors most importantly uncountable number polymorphisms genes governing elements cells. Immunogenetics, as meeting point two exciting fields immunology genetics, new rapidly expanding field science studying this polymorphism order understand governance genetics on system. In chapter, we will review importance immunogenetics human cancers, its ups downs through history, tools, their major limitations definition polymorphisms. Finally, end chapter by reviewing impact genetic important groups immune-related (i.e. leukocyte antigen cytokines) which were under focus researchers cancers.
