摘要: Abstract The use of glutathione-capped CdTe quantum dots is proposed for the determination copper in biodiesel samples. developed method was based on proportional quenching photoluminescence intensity nanocrystals with concentration. Three different sizes (QDs) were prepared and modified aqueous dispersion by glutathione (GSH), their interactions investigated. As a result interaction, CdTe-GSH QDS decreased linearly presence Cu(II) range concentration from 2.2 to 30.0 μg L − 1 . maximum obtained at pH 6.5, excitation emission wavelengths 400 532 nm, respectively. detection limit 0.67 μg L , precision expressed as relative standard deviation (RSD%, n = 10) 1.0% sample 5.0 μg L Accuracy assessed means addition recovery experiments carried out samples, results ranging 98.4% 102.5%. can be regarded an efficient expeditious alternative biodiesel, after extraction employing ultrasound-assisted treatment, confirmed good correlation between those provided graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, acid digestion.
