摘要: The existence of K+ channels which allow chiefly inward flow below the equilibrium potential (EK) has been known since 1949 [1]. rectifying channel family includes simple rectifier [1], G-protein-coupled muscarinic [2–4] and ATP-sensitive [5]. Recently, cDNAs for some these have isolated [6–11]. primary structure is novel in that α subunit harbors only two putative transmembrane regions, contrast to voltage-gated with six regions per [6,7].
