摘要: Purpose The purpose of this research is to examine the nature housing market affordability. Although problem affordability has been widely discussed, theoretical underpinnings concept have received less attention. It become increasingly evident that more holistic insights and integrated approaches are needed provide a platform define influence policy discourse. Design/methodology/approach Given increasing importance within reform, paper seeks “unearth” most important prognosticators The uses principal component analysis determine how affordability, as key tool, should be analysed.
