摘要: Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to evaluate the effects of fermentation parameters for glutamic acid (GA) production by Corynebacterium glutamicum CECT690 in submerged using palm date waste as substrate. To attain this purpose at first stage, inoculum size, substrate concentration, penicillin phosphate and age were optimized GA production. The next level air flow rate a 5-l fermenter (batch mode) which run conditions determined. stage gave following results RSM 500-ml shake flasks: size 2% (v/v), concentration 25% (w/v), 1 U/ml, 4 g/l, 10 h. Moreover, maximum amount predicted model 39.32 mg/ml. This agreement with actual experimental value (36.64 mg/ml). In second study, amounts 118.75, 142.25, 95.83 mg/ml three levels 0.6, 1.2, 1.6 vvm, respectively. present demonstrate potential juice producing cultivation C. glutamicum.
