摘要: Abstract The study aimed to trace teachers’ role behaviors that religious teachers perceive as mandatory versus discretionary and non-prescribed at work. Based on interviews with 15 working in the Israeli state education, it was found teaching subject matter, preparing students for national exams, encouraging learn, values unrelentingly is perceived in-role tasks, while helping colleagues, committing school a whole, refraining from wasting learning time extra-role activities.
