摘要: Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a complex, chronic skin disorder with broad spectrum of clinical aspects, characterized by abnormal barrier function. This has significant impact on patients' quality life (QoL), which represents crucial parameter for their wellbeing. study assessed the QoL patients AD following parameters such as itching, disturbance sleep, play activity, and community activities. The included 64 clinically diagnosed AD, aged 0 to 16 years. was measured evaluating indices infants young children (IDQoL-Infants' Dermatitis Quality Life Index) over 4 years (CDQoL-Children's Dermatology Index). severity disease also monitored SCORAD index. major symptom atopic dermatitis, pruritus, found most frequently in our influenced QoL. showed that above questionnaires are efficient tools correlating even younger could be current guidelines. first analyzed pediatric Romania can constitute basis elaborating more comprehensive management
