Combining mRNA, microRNA, Protein Expression Data and Driver Genes Information for Identifying Cancer-Related MicroRNAs

摘要: As is well-known, microRNAs (miRNAs), a short nor-coding RNA, play vital role in important biological processes such as gene expression and transcriptional regulation. And it was reported that miRNAs have involved the occurrence development of various human cancer, which shows potentiality cancer treatment diagnosis. However, great challenge for detection prioritization cancer-related miRNAs. In this paper, we proposed novel approach combines mRNA, miRNA, protein data by introducing dirver genes identifying glioblastoma (GBM)-related identified were ranked related scores. The performance our method evaluated proportion previously known area under receiver operating characteristic curves (AUC). A literature survey also used to validate detected results. miRNA-gene regulatory module constructed understanding function cancer.
