摘要: Micromagnetic simulations for spin torque oscillators (STOs) which have a perpendicular magnetized free layer (FL) and an in-plane reference (RL) in various diameters are presented. Our show that incoherent magnetization oscillation occurs at more than or equal to 350 nm the diameter. Such causes emission power of STOs be degraded. It is also indicated not only dynamics FL related but RL pinned power. In addition, it revealed changing interlayer exchange coupling constant enhances
