This study investigates whether management intervention (RMI) can better link users treatment related services community, improve their service utilization, consequently generate positive outcomes. conducted multivariate analysis using data an trial entitled Reducing Abuse among Addicts Released from Compulsory Rehabilitation . A latent variable modeling was utilized test RMI influences psychosocial factors (self-efficacy, self-esteem, social support, barrier entry), predicts utilization (drug treatment, security, housing, employment, health etc.), which turn outcomes (employment, criminal activities). Results show that had no significant effect on users' factors, these were also not found influence Nevertheless, enrollment increased significantly participants. turn, led more this group. The exerted direct effects through enhanced utilization. Exploring interventions like shed light how make transition justice system effectively societies facing same problem. Findings suggest enrollment, be potentially achieved with carefully designed case interventions. More research effort needs placed field before introducing implementing larger scale
