摘要: The manuscript considers the effect of diffusion bonding pressure, as well holding at different temperatures, on strength joints between titanium alloy and stainless steel, formed by through ultrafine-grained interlayers Ni Ni-2%Cr alloy. In samples with an interlayer nickel after 25 °C, maximum 380 MPa is achieved in pressure range 4-8 MPa. Ni-2%Cr, highest 490 a 12 700 °C for 20 minutes. case interlayer, joint falls more slowly than interlayer. mechanical properties are discussed terms chromium doping temperature transformation austenite to martensite TiNi intermetallic compound.
