摘要: The public space to which - in line with common definitions of inclusion persons intellectual disability are designated often turns out be a discrimination. aim this study is identify spaces encounter. Michel Foucault's concept heterotopia 'other spaces' and its subsequent interpretations used as an analytical tool for evaluating efforts include society. In work 'space' refers geographical places 'sites' that can defined by sets relations. Among these 'counter-sites' like large scale residential facilities people disability. Though policies deinstitutionalisation at erasure exclusion, the results disappointing, largely because ignore analysis power dynamics install exclusionary processes structures.
