摘要: [(3)H]Zeatin riboside was supplied to intact pea (Pisum sativum) plants either onto the leaves or root nodules. When applied directly nodules, approximately 70% of recovered radioactivity remained in 15% detected system, and shoot. However, when leaves, little (3)H transported, with 0.05% being found system On a fresh weight basis, nodules accumulated more than parent root. In both types studies, metabolites an zeatin moiety were nodules. In all experiments, two-dimensional thin layer chromatography revealed that as nodule tissue at end labeling period. Nodules metabolized [(3)H]zeatin following cytokinins/cytokinin metabolites: zeatin, adenosine, adenine, O-glucosides riboside, lupinic acid, nucleotides adenine dihydro derivatives many these compounds.Although few small differences observed, there no major between their metabolism [(3)H] riboside. Furthermore, any effective ineffective generally minor.
