摘要: SummaryFive patients with rheumatoid arthritis and one bronchial asthma on long-term corticosteroid treatment were changed over to an equivalent dose of Dexamethasone. Two tests adrenal function made synthetic ACTH (Synacthen) in depot non-depot form. There was good correlation between the results within each individual, as well three whom a Vasopressin test made. On other hand, there no general agreement degree elevation plasma cortisol duration disease or treatment, both daily total corticosteroids. The effect Synacthen lasted for more than 36 hours two cases. No allergic reactions observed.
