摘要: Providing appropriate treatment and follow-up to hepatitis B virus (HBV)-infected mothers their newborns is critical in preventing HBV mother-to-child transmission (MTCT) eradicating infection. Although highly effective MTCT, standard passive-active immunoprophylaxis with immunoglobulin the vaccine may have a failure rate as high 10% 15%. Antiviral has been used during pregnancy decrease MTCT. Several issues must be addressed future clinical studies before universal recommendations for antiviral therapy pregnant women can made.
