摘要: Abstract The bioactive compounds and antioxidant capacities of polyphenolic extracts 18 fresh dry native non-traditional fruits from Brazil were determined using ABTS, DDPH, FRAP β-carotene bleaching methods. study provides an adaptation these methods, along with evaluation the related to potential. results show promising perspectives for exploitation tropical fruit species considerable levels nutrients capacity. Although methods reported have not yet been sufficiently standardised, making comparisons difficult, our data add valuable information current knowledge nutritional properties fruits, such as capacity found acerola – Malpighia emarginata camu-camu Myrciaria dubia (ABTS, DPPH FRAP) puca-preto Mouriri pusa (all methods).
