摘要: Cannabinoids (the active components of Cannabis sativa) and their derivatives have received renewed interest in recent years due to diverse pharmacological activities. In particular, cannabinoids offer potential applications as anti-tumour drugs, based on the ability some members this class compounds limit cell proliferation induce tumour-selective death. Although synthetic may pro-tumour effects vivo immunosuppressive properties, predominantly inhibitory tumour growth migration, angiogenesis, metastasis, also inflammation been described. Emerging evidence suggests that agonists cannabinoid receptors expressed by cells a novel strategy treat cancer. chapter we review more results generating field cancer, provide suggestions for development, exploration use cancer therapy, not only palliative but curative drugs.
