摘要: This is a protocol for Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: We will assess the benefits and harms of prothrombin complex concentrate compared to fresh frozen plasma, other haemostatic agents placebo in perioperative setting acute surgical intervention bleeding non-bleeding patients. We look at various outcomes predefined subgroups, perform sensitivity analyses. examine risks bias apply trial sequential analyses (TSA) (Wetterslev 2008) level evidence, provide 'risk bias’ (ROB) table order test quality evidence (Guyatt 2008).
