The Synthesis and Testing of Anti-Cancer Therapeutic Nanodevices

摘要: Nanotechnology provides the sized materials that can be synthesized and function in same general size range Biologic structures. We have attempted to develop forms of anticancer therapeutics based on nanomaterials. Our project seeks dendritic polymer nanodevices serve as a means for detection cancer cells, identification signatures, targeted delivery anti-cancer (cis-platin, methotrexate, taxol) contrast agents tumor cells. Initial studies documented synthesis targeting module, several drug components, two imaging/contrast agents. Analytical techniques been developed used confirm structure device. Progress has made specifically triggered release therapeutic agent within using high-energy lasers. The work date demonstrated feasibility nano-device concept actual cells vitro.
