摘要: Glaucoma is a chronic and irreversible neuro-degenerative disease in which the neuro-retinal nerve that connects eye to brain (optic nerve) progressively damaged patients suffer from vision loss blindness. The timely detection treatment of glaucoma very crucial save patient’s vision. Computer aided diagnostic systems are used for automated calculate cup disc ratio colored retinal images. In this article, we present novel method early accurate glaucoma. proposed system consists preprocessing, optic segmentation, extraction features region interest classification main novelty lies formation feature vector spatial spectral along with ratio, rim modeling mediods based classier performance tested using publicly available fundus image databases one locally gathered database. Experimental results variety local demonstrate superiority approach as compared competitors.
